About Me

Born and brought up in a spiritual family in India, I was introduced to a spiritual path and yoga at a very young age when I started practicing Meditation, Asanas, Pranayama and Prayers. On the path, I learned Yoga from different institutes and traditions followed by acquiring academic qualifications such as Masters in Yoga, 700hrs TTC, 200hrs E-RYT from yoga alliance and Masters in English literature.

A worldwide Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist, I have more than 8 years experience in Guided Meditation, Yoga, Yog Nidra, Mindfulness and Yogic therapies. I have also done  specialisation in treating patients through naturopathy treatments with diet and therapeutic yoga.  My approach is to combine yoga in its true essence with the traditional detoxification science of Naturopathy.  I am a life long learner of the E-Yogic lifestyle.

During the classes, you will learn proper adjustment and alignment of the postures and get friendly expert insights to Yoga Philosophy which will help you deal with various kind of diseases in the body.
