"Registered Users" include users who have registered on the UrbanMuni website by providing particular information and can login by providing a username and password. Some features of the UrbanMuni website are available to users only on registration. "Non-Registered Users" include those users who are not registered on the UrbanMuni website but can access information available on this website. "Practitioners" include AYUSH practitioners or health care and/or wellness providers and (a) with whom registered users can consult by booking appointment on the UrbanMuni website or (b) who can respond to queries raised by Registered Users or (c) with whom Registered Users can consult privately to seek response to their queries or d) who can generate and provide health and wellness related content for general use of Registered Users. All these categories would be collectively referred to as “User”.

UrbanMuni reserves the right to terminate or revise the terms at any time, for any reason by posting any changes on this website. UrbanMuni will alert you that changes or revisions have been made by indicating on the bottom of this page the date it was last revised. The changed or revised terms will be effective immediately after it is posted on this website. Your use of the website following the posting any such changes or of revised terms will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions. For Practitioners

1. Upload practitioner profile with details such as name, education, years of experience, specialization, areas of expertise, consultation fees, clinic name and address and professional memberships. The profile is visible to both, registered as well as non-registered users
2. Interact with registered Users, either in person at clinics or via calls facilitated by UrbanMuni
3. Receive consultation fees
4. Share information via links to self-authored articles, and videos which UrbanMuni may or may not, with or without modification, in its sole discretion, publish on the Website.
5. Respond to health and wellness related submitted by registered users

For Vendors (Brands)

1. List products for sale including images and details on product specifications and pricing. The products are visible to both, registered as well as non-registered users
2. Receive orders for purchase of these products by registered users
3. Receive payments for the products purchased by registered users

CONDITIONS OF USE

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Website and the Services available through the Website, and agree to and abide by this Agreement.

You hereby consent to receive such messages from UrbanMuni.

By using the website and/or registering yourself at UrbanMuni, you authorize us to contact you via phone call and/or sms and/or email in relation to the products and services you have opted for. And Irrespective of the fact that you may have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you authorize UrbanMuni to connect with you in the manner mentioned above.

You will not use this Website or any feature provided by the Website for any purposes not intended under this Agreement.

The website allows you to select and book consultations with AYUSH practitioners by listing profiles of practitioners who may be suitable to deliver the health care you are seeking.

UrbanMuni does not endorse or recommend any practitioner and/or expert listed on the website; nor does it make any guaranties or warranties with respect to the practitioners or the quality of healthcare services provided by them. UrbanMuni will collect the consultation fee payable to the practitioner on behalf of the practitioner and pay to the practitioner in accordance to the agreed terms with the practitioner. In case the practitioner is not available, or acts in a manner against any applicable laws, you must report the same to UrbanMuni immediately by sending an email at [email protected] and request for a cancellation post which UrbanMuni would process a refund, subject to a satisfactory review of the situation. Once approved, you shall get the refund within 7 working days.

UrbanMuni does not endorse or influence control over any particular branch of medicine, theory, opinion, viewpoint or position on any topic. UrbanMuni shall not be held accountable for any interactions and/or any outcome between You and the Practitioner. If you decide to consult with a practitioner to provide medical services, you shall do at your own risk. UrbanMuni makes no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, quality of services, and /or expertise of the practitioner and shall not be responsible for any service deficiency or breach of service by the practitioner. We recommend that You perform Your own check before selecting a practitioner.

As an 'intermediary' as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, UrbanMuni’s role is limited to providing an online platform for (i) listing and publishing vendor content, practitioner content and user content, (ii) users to submit health related queries and practitioners to provide preliminary responses, (iii) searching and booking consultations with practitioners and experts, (iv) private interaction between users and practitioners, (v) listing and publishing vendor (brand) products under multiple categories, (vi) searching and purchasing listed products, (vii) collection and disbursal of fees and product purchases. Being an intermediary, UrbanMuni has not responsibility and or liability with respect to the content and transactions on the website including but not limited to practitioner and expert listings, product listings, information provided by practitioners and experts, interactions between users and practitioners and experts, and transactions.

UrbanMuni has no obligation to pre-screen or monitor any content by users, practitioner, expert or vendor at any time. It may at its sole discretion remove any content from the website if it determines that the content is in violation of this agreement, with or without any information to the users, practitioner, expert or vendor and such actions shall not negate UrbanMuni’s role as an intermediary or impose any liability on UrbanMuni. If UrbanMuni suspects any of its users of fraudulent, illegal or wrongful activity, UrbanMuni reserves the right to inform and cooperate with the relevant Government or law enforcement authorities. The information related to the products, practitioners and experts on the UrbanMuni website is self-reported by the practitioners, experts and vendors and is intended for general reference purposes only. Such information is changes frequently and may become out of date or inaccurate. UrbanMuni makes no warranty or representation that any errors on the website will be corrected except as required by law.
