Dr. Garima is a qualified Ayurveda practitioner and a Specialist in Holistic Ayurveda with close to a decade experience in Holistic Ayurveda and Panchkarma. She has completed BAMS from PT. K.L.S Ayurveda College, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and is also certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Behaviour Resolution and Integrated Healing from California Hypnosis Institute of India, Mumbai. She is currently a senior practitioner at Sukhayubhava Holistic Ayurveda and Panchakarma and has previously been associated with Medanta and Jiva.  

Over the years, Dr. Garima has carved a niche for herself where MIND, BODY, AND SOUL connects with Ayurvedic Life to offer you good health just the way it should be. Along with Ayurveda she has integrated yoga, spiritual healing techniques into her practice. In her soul endeavor to offer physical, psychological and spiritual health to her seekers, she has potent degrees in ayurveda psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and past life regression therapy.
